HERE AT Nautical Dog, LLC, WE CONSIDER IT OUR DUTY TO FULFILL ORDERS IN THE QUICKEST TIME POSSIBLE, SO THAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR NEW MERCHANDISE. 

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We offer multiple shipping offers through USPS.  It is the responsibility of the shipping service to ensure items are delivered safely and undamaged.

Shipping costs of orders that are returned/exchanged back to us are paid by the consumer. We are not responsible for these costs.
